Process:

1. Set up a time to inspect the vehicle.

2. Run vehicle diagnostics and perform a vehicle inspection.

   • Plug in the code reader to scan for current or pending codes.

   • Complete 26-point Class C vehicle checklist.

3. Determine if the vehicle requires maintenance or is in saleable condition.

   • If maintenance is required then help set up an appointment at a local and reputable SMOG shop or mechanic.

4. Collect vehicle maintenance and service records/receipts.

   • Additional cost to print out the CarFax on the customer's behalf.

5. Wash and clean the exterior and interior of the vehicle.

6. Take high-quality photos of the entire vehicle - including the engine bay.

7. Create a customer-based schedule for available showing times.

   • Recommend that vehicle showings are spaced out by at least one hour apart.

   • We can be there when you show the vehicle - we cannot test drive a vehicle with an interested buyer unless the owner is also in the vehicle at the time.

8. Discuss and execute a sale agreement.

9. Digitalize the vehicle service records plus receipts and edit pictures to post online.

   • We advertise on: HelpSellMyUsedCar, Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, and Craigslist.

   • Premium advertisements are featured on: BringATrailer, AutoTrader, Edmunds, Instagram, Twitter, eBay, and TikTok.

10. Make a sale for more money than what you expected the vehicle to be worth!

    • Create a Bill Of Sale for both the buyer and seller to keep for records.

    • Assist with filling out the Vehicle Title in person as well as the Release of Liability form online.
